Short episodes. Yes every night. I make everything light. Blanket, pjs, room. Bladder getting worse must wear 24 hr. poise pads. I sleep alone twin bed . Dog her own bed. Neuro says it's hormones. Heat makes me weak, cold makes me stiff. Hope you find relief.

I experience this as well. I have pads on the bed to soak up the sweat, and other pads for urinary incontinence.

This happens to me, although I typically alternate between freezing and sweating all night.

I will get really hot at times and can't do anything to cool off. Other times, I get cold and can't do anything to warm up. Such is life with MS.
