I have noticed that eating super spicy food gives me energy and wakes me up. Has anyone else
had it ?!

The orange in color spice "Turmeric" will fight fatigue, coffee or a lemonade it matters not just ad 1/4 teaspoon of the spice and use lemon and or honey to flavor it to taste. Try it but I would like to hear how it works for you, It's the Ex Medic in me I guess.... I want to get feedback....thanks

Yes, sometimes. And garlic helps me too. But if it's hot like it has been here, I find I want less spicy foods instead. Looking forward to cooler temperatures & Thai food - love pumpkin curry! :-D
