First…I’d like to say I love hot ones and I think the Pete Davidson one cracks me up the most although they are all pretty awesome 🤣 second, I’ve never had spicy food affect me MS wise but I can only speak for myself. The thing about MS is the experience is so unique to each person

It's not recommended to intentionally expose yourself to extreme heat, including very spicy foods, when you have MS. Between 60-80% of people with MS are heat sensitive, and increasing body temperature can temporarily worsen MS symptoms including:

- Fatigue
- Blurry vision
- Loss of balance
- Concentration issues While each person's MS symptoms and triggers can be different, intentionally raising your body temperature through spicy food challenges could potentially trigger:

- Burning sensations
- Nerve pain

It's best to consult with your neurologist before trying activities that might significantly affect your body temperature or trigger MS symptoms.
