This may sound abit weird but i was wondering has anyone else stopped wearing heels :( or has anyone managed to go back to wearing heels after physiotherapy or anything.. im upset that i will never be able to wear heels again :(

I was diagnosed about 2 years ago sometines i can wear them fine sometimes i cannot ..... I say don't get yourself down just yet ..KEEP TRYING until you're able!😉

I tried wearing "wedges" as I found balance in heels so difficult. But I'm 62 and you're just a young thing! Maybe go out wearing your heels and if you start to feel it's not going so well, have spare pair of pump shoes or "flatties " in your bag to wear. Good luck - you go girl! X

I can’t wear any shoe with even a slight elevation. My balance is not good even with bare feet!! Even keeping flip flops on is a challenge because of my numbness.

I'm a man and I'm not into Kinky Boots, but one of my closest MS friends who is a lady, lists this as one of her most hated things about having MS, so you are not alone.
