The ears drive me mad it comes and goes but forget a good night's sleep it feels like someone's squeezing them or your laying on bricks.. never hated my ears before wanted to chop the things off 😂

I get pain behind my ears like there's a vice round my head! My GP thinks it a tension headache.

Ove the past several days I have felt like I slid down a wooden slide and I have slinters in my thighs, butt, and upper back. It is the craziest yet most irritating thing, now that I'm going on the 3rd straight day, I'm really starting to feel like I'm nuts. It's hard to sit for any length of time, or lay on my back, I have an appointment with my neuro coming up. Has anyone else ever felt something similar to this?
