Ok I have a lump behind each ear right on the bony part they are sore to touch and throbbing , plus an ear ache in the left ear. Any clue what it might be?.

Yep I would suspect that tooth is infection, I had a friend who almost died due to blood poisoning from an ignored infected tooth, worth paying attention to.

@A MyMSTeam Member Sorry for the late reply. I have been keeping my granddaughter fulltime. I have been feeling a little better. Going to dentist the beginning of july to get this tooth removed. I am pretty sure its the tooth. Thankyou for your concern.

Sounds like an ear infection or swollen lymph nodes due to an infection (most likely ear as you mention one is sore but even a tooth infection can cause the lymph nodes to swell)
