I also take Baclofen and Duloxetine to help with pain and spasticity.

They are very effective sometimes.

Have a glorious day😎

I started drinking Tonic water at night prior to bed.
It contains quinine, which is a treatment for malaria, and is quite effective at dealing with my spasms.

The only downside is that there is no gin in it since I stopped drinking alcohol about 18 years ago.

Have you ever taken a look at yourself when you have mobility problems? I have. I looked as if I was constantly drunk, falling all over the place, stumbling, and grabbing for a steady hold! I looked like a drunk old woman and that's why I stopped plus the health benefits of not introducing alcohol into my body are well documented and numerous.

Have a glorious day😎
