Has anyone else felt relief from their leg spasticity from run cold water over them for a while? Seems to help me.

I've noticed the cold water works wonders but if I get the full body crawls (tiny sporadic spasms) warmth hot water works. Just rememeber to cool yourself down before getting out 😊

cold water I've found slows me down for the spasms. If it works for you I think that's great! I use magnesium and potassium to relax that spasticity.

Yes it does for me too but I have a new problem, really stiff legs, so stiff in the morning I struggle to get out of bed. It's been really hot so putting it down to that πŸ€”

Magnesium, Quinine (tonic water) and Turmeric work wonders! My 3 Neurologists agree. Yes, I have 3. 2 in Boston for Botox and reval. 1 in NY where I live now
