Can i take the flu shot I am on ocrevus. I am 71 . Was told in infusion center no, but have heard otherwise.

Genetic says get “non live” vaccinations at least 2 weeks before infusion.

That’s not true! My MS doc used to tell me NOT to get the flu vaccine. This year he said, “Get everything!” Things a bit different during a pandemic!
I would get a second opinion.
Just my 2 cents!

I had the flu shot in Oct. infusion treatment in Nov. ...
No problems....my Dr. Said ok to gave the shot!
