Hi all :)
I was diagnosed last November and after finally having a further neurologist appointment I heard today they think I have the choice of two injections to treat the condition, Kesimpta or Ocrevus. It is up to me to decide which.
Anyone else had this decision to make? What's the pros and cons of each?
Thanks in advance for any comments!

I was given the same choice. I went with the Ocrevus in the long run. I did so because I live in a rural area with not very good emergency healthcare. I happen to be the type of person who gets a lot of side effects to medication. I have better peace of mind being in an infusion center that is connected to the hospital. This way, if I have a problem, help is readily available.

I made the decision to go with Ocrevus. I also decided the 6 month infusion option. The infusion are not bad, I go in to medical facility and it takes about 2 1/2 hrs. I normally bring along a movie or some videos to watch. Also I have been verry fortunate with no side effects. Wish you the best in your decision.

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience. It's really helpful and reassuring to hear how you've got on with Kesimpta, particularly regarding side effects and infections, which are naturally a concern. I've just been offered the choice between Kesimpta and Ocrevus, so hearing from people who've actually been through it is invaluable. I'm glad it's working out well for you, and thanks again for sharing!

I didn't really consider Ocrevus, so am not as familiar with how it works. I considered Kesimpta and Briumvi but chose Kesimpta. It's a once a month injection (after the loading doses). During the entire time I was doing the loading doses, I had a headache (but that is also pretty common for me anyway). I maybe felt flu-ish for the very first injection but it wasn't bad. I was worried about catching various viruses, i.e. colds, etc. but that has not happened. I am still pretty healthy as far as that goes. It really hasn't affected me, especially considering that it is a stronger DMT than what I was on previously (Aubagio).
