Now That Generic Copaxone 40mg (Mylan's Glatiramer Acetate) Has Been Approved, Has Anyone Switched? Different Reactions??
What about the Whisperject as the new auto injector, any issues? https://www.glatirameracetate.com
I use the Whisperject, I think mine is a slightly older version of the one in that link but it's essentially the same and I love it. I don't think I could inject myself without it, I hate needles but it was really easy to learn and use. My only issue is that when I inject in my back, right above my butt it's hard to tell when it's done (can't see it) and also that area seems to be the hardest to inject into. I've started using a stopwatch app on my phone for when I inject my back to make sure I give it enough time for all the medicine to get injected.
The whisperject is pretty much the same as the autoinjector too. Not much difference in anything.
The genetic coincided with severe back pain. I have lower back issues that have been dormant for years. Now there is a 2mm difference in one disc out of the blue. I'm off the generic and not in as much pain. Hoping it goes away completely.
Im having attachment issues 😂 I've had copaxone for 3 years. I was able to call Shared Solutions for support. I just received the generic glatiramer acetate from Mylan this week! I didn't receieve the whisperjert! I havent been able to inject myself either 😰
I did not do well on the generics. I switched to aubogio.
