George Town

My dominant arm (right) upper tricep/bicep area when I measure it in circumference is 1.5 inches smaller than my left arm (non dominant). It is only in this area, I am concerned as to why this might be.
I have no obvious loss of muscle strength.

Anyone else had this ?
