Biogen paid for me because I only had medical that didn't cover the drug. Your doctor has to send them your information to see if you qualify. I loved the people and nurse. They sent nurses out to check on me because they wanted to monitor me using the drug for the first time and not know about the disease. Then nurses call to make sure my injections were delivered to me over night to make sure I had it for every 14 days. This injection pen cost 5,000 for each injection. They was so supported. But when I started recieving Medicare. They stop paying for me. But they reach out to Humana pharmacy to make sure I was approved for the drug. I thought I responded, but don't see it. I apologize if it is there twice. I was supposed to start Plegridy. I've never taken anything. It went to the wrong address and at first the pharmacy said a lie about that. But after a hassle I got the medicine. The button inside said don't use it if it shows that it was frozen. (It was cloudy). The pharmacy said they 'felt' that it had not been frozen. But if I was uncomfortable taking it, they would pick it back up. They said it sometimes shows it was frozen because of the dry ice and the way it was packed, but it really isn't frozen. I'm leery of this. Is this what anyone else has experienced?

How long have you been getting it? Does the temperature tag always say it is okay?

I don't have any problem with Plegridy as of yet
