i have never tried wheatgrass... I am on Vitamin D 10,000 iu/day... My neuro went to a conference and came back with new information on Vitamin D having a GREAT effect on helping in assisting MS medications with REDUCING the size of lesions. (this was about 6 months ago) No proof in my most recent MRI (Nov.) but I also have been on Gilenya (during the last year of clinical trials) since its FDA approval (first oral med on MS market here in the US.)

Haven't tried that... But my blood tests showed my B12 and Vitamin c were critically low. Put me on B-12 shots and 52,000 units of Vitamin C .. (Critically Low?) I still can't figure out exact cause or helpfulness, except Vitamin C .. That's a given though.. Maybe helped. I'll see about wheatgrass for myself.

No I have not tried wheatgrass, I do know that for alittle over a year now it’s been a fad, I’m a juicer, but have no intention on trying wheatgrass, I’ve heard both good and bad things about it, I’ll just stick to my normal greens😊

Love it! OK, that is not true it tastes like I am eating my lawn. But it does make me feel better if I have it consistently over 3 to 4 days I think.
