How do you know if you have optic neuritis? My vision is blurry but that could be from new medication. I do not have any eye pain. Does anyone know?

Hi my MS started,1998,, mainly with the optic neuritis, had a few unexptected fslls prior to this but just thought clummsy idiot, which there was a blurr and headache. My initial doctor put it down to the migraines I had always been prone to but on further investigatio by another g.p. a white spot could be seen on retina/nerves and advised it was possible and sent me for eye examination. Anyway from then I developed diplopia and INO in one eye. Still 20/20 vision in eyes individually but wearing a prism on one lens. Everunes different. :•)
