I think it is an opiod-like substance that comes from south eastern Asia ie Indonesia etc. It is illegal in some places but it status is still under review.

I have taken kratom for 4 years but it doesn't help my dizziness or numbness even though it is amazing with pain.

@A MyMSTeam Member because of my vertigo, cannabis causes worse nausea than alcohol with me. I've ordered some CBD oil. Awaiting it at this point.
