I mean the depression and deep mental effects this thing agitates a physical disease. I have my days where those downsides are far worse than the physical side, today being one. What meds so you take or don't suggest. Do you see a psychiatrist or go it alone?

I use the depression that comes with MS as a gate. A gate to talk. Talk to the man above. Because I know, this to shall pass as it alwsyd does.

LtHarris, with everything we have lost, all the friends, all the things we used to be able to do, going from feeling useful to feeling useless at times. The one constant is, God has and will always be there with us. That’s truth.

I try to be thankful for the good things in MY Life and I also talk to God about all of My Problems. If You need a Professional to talk to, there is not any thing wrong with that either. You have to find what works for You. WE on this Site are here for You also!!!

I definitely know the struggle. It's dangerous, I don't take meds, I try to find somewhere to serve someone less fortunate, during those boughts. It's hard to keep thoughts on the right track. I found serving helps me get out of myself. I work with different charities. Try to excersise, I read my bible, and remind myself about My creators opinion on me. Which is love. You know when I looked at my last Mri, I was astounded at the amount of design that went into the forming of my brain. And, the amount of struggle ms has to put forth to destroy it. Serving is hard when you got ms, and you don't feel like you've got anything to give. But know you gotta treat yourself good, and if meds are what it takes, start slugging to find the right ones.its good your addressing it, depression is deadly. It's easy to get down on yourself, ms throws everything into chaos. My faith tells me that God organized everything out of chaos.A Big Bang evolution. There's nothing random here. The math is astounding. Ms gets me depressed because of the uncertainty it offers my future, it's tough to plan, but I'm trying to pay some things forward in my health. Trying to get strong eat right. Do what I can, if I get tired I rest. If I'm hungry I eat. If I'm wrong I try to make it right. I'm not going to dwell on what's looming, it gets me in trouble. The pain the headaches the bs sucks. Take it to the hoop. Don't give up. You made it this far, there's no turning back. Everything's right now. The matrix
