Yes I have. I have had R/R MS for over 30 Years now and I only had One major MS attack, that is when I was DX. and about Three Years ago I had a small One.

I've gone about seven.

I personally have not (only been diagnosed 2 years) but I do know one person who has. She's had MS for just shy of 50 years and has had several really long time periods between relapses. It's a great goal for us all to shoot for! XX

I started off with RRMS 19 years ago and my last relapse was in 2006 and last year I was told I had moved up to SPMS as I'd not had a relapse in over 10 years, still walking though but only just. 😏

that’s interesting, i guess went about 8 years between clinical relapses., hoping to stay on that track. I know it’s different for everyone, but I am wondering how common it is for it go dormant for long periods of time then come back with a vengeance.
