Hi...does any one of you guys drink diet soda?

No diet soda contains a fake sweetener called aspartame which is very bad. Look it up. It's really not good. I'll try and find a link to share.

when i got tested to give my brother one of my kidneys i got told that i couldnt as my left kidney has shrunk and got scaring onit.. he asked if i had had a few kideny infections i said no im always in good heath (till now!).. he then asked if i drank coca-cola or any other fizzy drinks i said yes as i used to drink 3 to 4 nornal size bottles plus 3 big sized bottles of coca-cola a day and then id take a 4th big size botttle to bed with me and drink it threw the night.. thats when he told me thats whats caused my kidney to srink and get scaeing init with drinking all that coke... so i dont think diet will cure ms i wish it would !

I don’t drink soda
Coffee and water are my drinks of choice

@A MyMSTeam Member that is such a cool idea! I'm not a soda drinker, but I love tea - this could be a fun way to change it up a bit with different teas! I also imagine I could make some pretty interesting cocktails! Thanks so much for sharing! :-D

I have heard about pop tea. I is supposed to test like diet coke. You brew a half a cut of chai tea strong and mix with club soda. I have not tried this yet but worth a try as I know that sweetener in diet pop has shown to cause temp blindness in pilots so my guess is that it probably is not good for any person let alone a person with MS
