I could not take avonex, betaseron,due allergies to them the weight gain is probably water weight cause i too am on gabapenten 300mg

I been on Avonex for 7+ years and was on gabapentin at the same time....i gained a bunch of weight but since i quit taking the gabapentin 5 years ago i have lost all my gain!

Gabapentin weight gain indeed. Bloat. Water weight holds on. Exercise and watch that salt and fat. MS makes us not who we were or ever will be again.

Yes I gained loads of weight I was on avonex but it affected my kidneys so had to stop that was 4 years ago and my kidneys still not great they check it liver but not kidneys so get then checked xxxx
