Has anyone tried silver socks or silver gloves for the cold feelings? If so, what was your views as this cold feeling is driving me insane!!
I have not tried the silver ones you mentioned, but I tried the copper ones - didn't notice a difference. I am a total believer in CuddlDuds though. I wear their long underwear and socks all the time, and they do really help. Plus, they are quite durable. I've had many of them for years and while I've worn them a TON, they still look new. Even when it's warm, I love their tank tops too - they help me regulate my temperature well so I can stay comfortable most of the time. Oh, and they are cheap (!) - on sale quite often at both Kohl's and JC Penney (or online). I also bought some really cute fingerless gloves on Etsy. I have some sun protective ones for hot weather and warm ones for cold weather. Good luck in finding a solution - I know how annoying and painful it is to be too cold or too hot! I'm great at 68*, but anything higher or lower and I really struggle..... XX
I'm so sorry that you suffer from cold extremities. I've not heard of the silver or copper socks and gloves. I have heard of the hand warmers though. Sorry I can't be of any help, but I hope you find a solution that works for you, and soon. God bless you sweetheart. XXX 😙🤗

One of my more fun MS symptoms was a feeling of cold and damp essentially in my lap. I walked around for months feeling like I had ... well ... wet myself. I finally just ignored it. Thankfully it eventually went away. I feel like I am beating the meditation and mind power drum today, but have you tried any kind of imaging. You know, close your eyes, breath slowly and deeply, and imagine your hands and feet warming up? It sounds like hokum, but I am always amazed at what the brain can do. Of course if you are out shoveling snow without gloves, you might want to stop doing that too. ;-)
I love heat holder socks and gloves. they really work. Also have some battery powered socks and gel hand warmers
