I also found Stem cell Treatment rediculously expensive so after a bit of research I decided to follow a simpler path, diet & exercise.

Hi there 🙏🏾💁🏻 I had the lamtrada and stem cell treatment in other parts of the world goes along with this, not in my country, so I definitely think it’s the future of treatment but it’s only going to be of really any use earlier on before the damage turns to scars for young people who have had 1 or 2 episodes it’s shown to re grow the shesth around the nerve, this has to occur while there is still life in that area. Yes I think stem cells have given me my life back. In 2004 I had a Bone Marrow transplant to halt the progression of MS. I have been attack free since. I recently had umbilical cord stem cells in July to fix what is broken...... We will see in the future how much things change, im excited for the future!

Exactly SandraPinson, I've been RRMS since 1994 but I was able to self rehabilitate myself by using my own Diet & Exercise regimen and I've been 95% Ambulatory since 1996.
