Hi, lately I have noticed a little tiredness in my legs and the constant feeling my knees are adjusting my balance, like walking an invisible tightrope, I don't feel dizzy at all. it's very subtle but not sure what's going on! Does anyone get this?

I can definitely relate to your description. But for me it’s my hips. I feel like a string puppet with some key strings missing. The wobble sometimes makes me fall over because I’m not sure where my feet are. However I’ve been a lot better over the last couple of weeks so I think it comes and goes.

Hi Pots. I haven't got a diagnosis yet but balance issues are one of my problems along with hand and feet pains, tremors and twitches. Yes standing still is more fatguing than moving.. I don't get it in my knees but i can feel my feet constantly adjusting to keep me in balance. I've found exercise helpful, i don't know how active you are but if you can get some brisk exercise in and balance exercise or yoga it may help.

I have to consciously watch where I step, especially going up or down stairs, so that I don’t trip...I have never fallen.
