Thanks for posting! My integrative medicine DR (who also has MS herself) has talked with me about this and she has had me do a bit of work on myself in this area. Lots of probiotics, pre-biotics, and healthy foods (MITO food plan). AND..... My DR had me use Xymogen products for this to cleanse and restart my system. I'll share the info here in case it's helpful to anyone. I started with ProbioMax 350 DF 15 sticks pack. I also did an elimination diet during that time. After going through that regimen, I now take ProbioMax Daily DF. That's also where I get my OmegaPure 820 capsules that I take daily. I do feel better - but that also could be from the many other things I changed. However, it seems the more I read, the more gut health is connected to auto-immune disorders. Here if anyone has additional questions about what my DR had me do. XX
Thank you for the article
I’m taking a probiotic to fight symptoms caused by antibiotics and to help curb diarrhea. (In general, probiotics are living microorganisms taken to replenish the “good” bacteria to help our bodies stay healthy
I'm pretty convinced gut health is going to be a significant tool. The more I learn about it, the more convinced I am. :-)
@A MyMSTeam Member 😉 lots of positive things in the horizon I believe....

I have seen and read about MS and gut health. Has anyone changed their diet to create a healthy gut?
