Take baby aspirin it will help and after a few weeks the flushes usually go away but the aspirin worked for flush.

I can't take aspirin. I'm allergic to it and I was told the would go away after a few weeks but they haven't. I started taking Tecfidera in October. Piriton helps but only if I notice the flush starting, which is where I had problems when we had that warm spell a couple of weeks ago.

Hi very interesting you mentioned this, I started Tecfidera two months ago and have recently noticed hot flushes as well. We are just starting to get into the warmer weather so will see if the increase!
