If you do, is there anything that you take that helps?

@BeamYes! No OTC seemed to work. Randomly, what works best for me is peppermint beadlets. These are tiny beads filled with peppermint essential oil - and they are a bargain - I think there are something like 120 beadlets in a small lipstick sized container and it costs just over $10. Lasts forever since I only take 1-2 at a time for symptoms. I keep them with me at all times now. They clear up a headache immediately! Also great for the afternoon energy lag (way more effective than coffee!), congestion, stomach aches, fresh breath... Who knew? I was certainly skeptical, but over the last few years I have pretty much found homeopathic alternatives that work better for me than any OTC medication. Here if you want to talk more about it! I can send you a couple to try if you want! (Email address can only be seen by the question and answer creators)

Benadryl seems to work..gotta take at night. Google Benadryl and headaches.I only had them after starting meds and they went away but my daughter has been having a lot. Headache specialist gave her an infusion with Benadryl one of the ingredients. When I had headaches I was told to take Aleve over Advil and tylenol. The latter can cause "rebound headaches" when taken daily. Excedrin migraine works. Water intake too.

I feel like I have had a headache for 19 years. Gatorade at the first sign of a headache sometimes keeps a full blown migraine away. For me hydration and finding a few minutes every couple of hours to close my eyes and meditate or just clear my mind seems to be the key to reducing the pain.

@A MyMSTeam Member thanks! I have tried peppermints but, nothing like that. If you don't mind me asking where did you buy them?
