Yep. History of horrible back pain, long before my diagnosis. Over the past two years I've seen a lot of improvement through regular CBD intake (about 30 mg daily) , anti-inflammatory diet (MITO food plan), acupuncture, deep tissue massage, and chiropractor.

I recently moved and it was pretty grueling physically - the first part I was really good about keeping up my care routine, but as the move went on (we did 3 stages to try to take it slowly), I had less access to acupuncture and chiropractor and I totally seized up. Could barely stand up straight and then also had these frequent moments where it felt like the top half of my body was wobbly and was going to fall off the top half. Definitely not fun and it took a couple weeks of extra attention to get back to "my normal".

Oh....and sleeping on an awesome firm tempeurpedic mattress helps too.....worth EVERY penny.

Hi Helen, I have back problems too. Constant pain, sometimes like I'm being stabbed. It takes my breath away. I've had this for ages now. God bless you sweetheart and feel better soon. XXX 😙🤗

You guys aren't alone. I have back problems. Which I have a back pump for my back. Sometimes it helps then sometimes it doesn't. Like today I'm in severe pain. My spine hurts allot. The vertebrae scraps against the other. I don't have cartlidage in between the vertebrae.
I hope I made sense. I pray that everybody gets better.
