No not really any more, since I have been doing Meditation classes. The one thing they teach is to Breathe.

OMG I just logged in to ask his very question. I have had it before but thought it was random. Today I was just watching tv and suddenly across my upper back and sides I got this pain that is significantly worse when inhaling. It's been about two hours and uts still there. ...even if I try to bring my shoulders back it really hurts. :(

I know I can't do things like I use to. I vacuum my trailer and I am huffing.. I don't have the pain.

Actually, when I inhale my lungs appear to aggravate my spine (and/or back area) not
my front or chest area. My pain can be debilitating. I have found my arms are restricted
during the pain.
