I’ve been through the appeal process as well. My judge (who happened to be the “hardest judge” in appeals court) granted disability because of my income. He said that he struggled on with mine. There was so many issues going on at work, but also, but he said that no one would simply leave that paycheck. Of course he didn’t say it all quite like that... I didn’t understand all the “legal terms”. As a matter of fact, my lawyer had to explain it to me! Lol. Sad, but true... My advice is to go/call your dr about anything and everything!

I had not been officially diagnosed with MS at the time I filed my disability initially. I had tons of other issues specifically a bunch of nerve pain and back issues. Looking back now most of my issues were really MS in waiting. Long story short it took 2 years and appealing to the disability judge level and hiring an attorney to finally be granted disability. It's an insane emotionally draining process that can make you feel crazy at times but ultimately worth it.

I dont know. Its all a mess and a con if you ask me. Ive heard of people being approved and theres nothing and im serious, nothing wrong with them. My fiance knows a person get disability for something that can be fixed. The system is so crooked and unjust.

I had to get an attorney because social security refused to say I was disabled. I guess my using a rolling wslker wasn't good enough. I went to court and the judge even gave me a retroactive bonus of $27K for all the years I was denied.

Hello, have you filled out a Social Security form, then they will send you to a psychiatrist. I pray it works out for you.
