I eat a high antioxidant diet. Salads, chicken, fish, fruits, and vegetables. This helps me to fight off infection and inflammation. I also drink a few cups of coffee in the morning then water all day and night.

From my understanding.."the Mediterranean diet is good.

I can eat anytime and as much as I want. Still I gain no weight. I'm 100# and still fighting to get to 110# and Keep it.

I was diagnosed at 37. Over 20 years ago. I have Never noticed any correlation with food. I pretty much eat anything I want and tried different ideas other had but it make doesn't make any difference.

When I was first DX. with MS over 31 Years ago My Neurologist told Me High Protein and Low Carb Diet eliminating as Much Sugar as I can.
