First things first. Getting diagnosed is tough on it's own. Just know you will be fine and will tackle whatever you have to tackle. The people that are telling you what to expect don't know and that's OK. Again, you're going to deal with whatever you need to but don't start thinking you need to deal with X before X happens. Remember you're on your first disease modifer and your doctor has much more to lose than you do. Believe me, if Tysabri is causing you any problems, you won't be on it for long. PML risk is minimal but your medical team will check your PML levels because they know this is a potential problem. I would trust your doctor on this one as scary as it seems.

They monitor you, or at least should, watching your numbers carefully. They don't want it to happen anymore than you do. They'll pull you when it becomes too risky.. I've heard lots of great things about tysabri... good luck
