I have MS and a few Years later when My pain started I was Dx. with Fibromyalgia with My regular Doc. who said MS does not cause pain!!! I never went back to Him because MS does cause pain!

Hi I have experienced feet,hands,face ,body ,pins and needles at one time or another usually lasting around a year or so before slowly subsiding. I have MS and have known of lots of others have had similar "sensations". So my best guess is it is MS related.

I have had both fibromyalgia and MS at the same time. What you describe sound like MS to me. I don't have fibromyalgia anymore.
