The lesions show activity. MS is in your brain. Doc saying arms are fine is probably true. Signals go crazy and we suffer. The only thing that ever helps me is steroids.Stop the inflammation. That is all they can do. It is a virus if you ask me. We need a cure. Neurologists can’t help if no cure. Cure will come but not from a neurologist. Probably a Hemotigist. It is a virus. We need a vaccine.

You're not you just need to find a doctor that knows what they're talking about. I know my 1st 2 doctors couldn't understand my pain but my last doctor was excellent but he just retired now the battle begins finding a new doctor

I don't have a answer but I feel your pain. I have extreme pain in my arms but you dont have to have nerve damage when you have MS to have this pain my arms go numb as well and I have no nerve damage just lesions on my brain.
