Right now I have Calm for meditation (which helps with pain management, etc.) and bathroom finder (love that one, particularly if I am in an area where I am unfamiliar with bathroom locations). Any others worth considering?

I use a lot of apps to help with things. Here are a few:

Marco Polo - free video messaging tool. Love this since it's easier than texting or emailing, but not as exhausting as some phone calls can be. Also, you leave your message any time at your convenience so no scheduling of calls. I can respond when I'm feeling my best.

Alarmed: This is a great reminder app that you can program to do anything you need. I use it to remind me to stop, relax, and breathe. May sound silly, but I struggle with meditation and stopping a task when I'm tired. SO - this forces me to stop every hour on the hour and just breathe. I do a handful of 4-7-8 breaths and that really helps! I also use my regular phone alarm when I'm doing physical tasks like yardwork or cleaning so that I force myself to stop every so often and gauge how I'm feeling. (I am not good at listening to my body's pain signals).

Google Home - my guy has set it up so that almost everything in the house can be voice activated or controlled through this app. Makes it easy to turn on/off lights or AC when I move from room to room.

Games: I love Wood Puzzles (think Tetris), Four Plus, Sudoku, Puzzles, etc. They keep my mind sharp (as much as possible!) and also help with boredom.

My Symptoms: I use this app to track my symptoms. It's been very useful to see patterns over time. I had to modify parts of it to maximize its potential for me, but it works!

Tiny Scanner: I never thought this app would be so helpful but with the incredible amount of paperwork we need to sign and send places, it's great! You simply take a picture using your phone and then you can make the picture into a pdf and email it. The free version is great - it lets you save 5 or so items....then I just delete them (after emailing them if it's something I want to keep) and can add more new images. It has been so handy to not have to always locate a fax machine, etc.

It's Deductible: helps me track my donations and gives me a much more accurate $$ of what I'm donating. I used to assign very minimal values to my donations....until this app! When you need as much help as possible with deductions, this helps a LOT.
