@A MyMSTeam Member, I am so glad you asked this question. I was gonna ask it Wednesday after I came back from Dr. appt. because I forgot to ask him. The jury is still out on my Neurologist. So, I was a bit dismayed when I came home. I take B12 supplements, and vitamin D3, but still feel so tired. Thanks for asking the question, and I hope you are feeling good today. Stay Strong, Hugs, Hugs, Hugs

You should look into sublingual b12. You place it under your tongue to dissolve and it goes into your blood stream faster.

I get B12 shots monthly in muscle in upper arm. I get shoots done by my family doc, in fact I am going today. Also I take vitamin D. Both my family doctor & my MS doctor's adviced of the B12 shoots & Vitimin D per the results of my blood test & I am also anemic. I highly suggest that you get blood test to check all your blood levels for everything by your doctors. I would suggest you not take anything without checking with your doctors & getting the proper blood testing. Hope all goes well.

Fractured @A MyMSTeam Member. Hi Rick. My system will not use B12 from food or pills. It s called "lacking the intrinsic factor " . It would not matter how many B12 vitamins I take my system won't use it. I used to do intramuscular shots but that is hard to do. I have B12 at home and I use the same needles that Diabetics use and just the same as Copaxone. Under the skin.
I hear into the muscle gets into your system faster.
I hope it helps you.
Have a good weekend. 🎈

@A MyMSTeam Member said"this site is like the bermuda-triangle went to add to my last post and it disappeared!"

I often have the same problem. I think I have seen it happen when there are a lot of responses already on a post. Then it pops me back to the top of the post. Here's a thought...Go to the post you want to edit - Copy the text in a new post - Edit the new post.
