Members explored the question of whether MS can be reversed, sharing a mix of personal stories, dietary approaches, and emerging treatments. Several members highlighted resources like the Wahls Protocol, fasting and autophagy research, and stem cell therapy options, while also stressing the importance of consulting doctors and finding what works individually. A recurring theme was cautious hope, with some members reporting personal improvements through diet and exercise, while others reminded the group that MS affects everyone differently and that slowing progression may be a more realistic goal than a full cure.

Very good points because everything says we will get worse!!... In the ms drug sites, from the doctors, from the ms societies etc etc.

Remember, this particular disease affects everyone differently. So,it needs to be handled the same way. One should always try and find what works for them. Eating healthy and taking care of yourself is paramount in any medical situation.

Autophagy and Fasting if combined with a diet like a plant based or even the wahls between fasting might provide the best of both methods and could eventually equal MS gone. πŸ‘‡

I think being on the right treatment, eating well, balancing rest /activity and trying to limit stress can really really help. Not sure about reversing but helping slow down progression. 😊
