@A MyMSTeam Member I used to have problems with not being able to go too. A couple of things that helped me were:
- Drinking more water so there was more to work with.
- Relaxing rather than trying to go, just sit there and relax, read, etc and not focus on "trying" to go.
@A MyMSTeam Member I'm doing fine, just having a tendency to OVERdo it and getting fatigued. Hope you are well!
I didn't even think about the stigma of this topic! I guess because I've lived with it for so long it's just normal to me now. LOL I think of this site as a great place to really be open about the problems of MS. I hope that having lived with it and learning to manage symptoms, that I can help someone who is frustrated with the same symptoms. That's great that you can help others with your openness about the issue!
Yes, it's definitely not just MS people who have these problems. xo
My double voiding is peeing... Then peeing again 15 to 20 minutes later lol
Yes on bladder issues. I take something new, MYRBETRIQ. it helps, but defiantly not an end-all. I use the incontinence supplies. I often consider a cath. I am just not sure. I think about the troubles, but then What about MS does not cause troubles. If I am going out, I double up.
Yes I do have bladder issues.
I will be seeing a Urologist later this month.
