Anyone seen this? I just streamed it. I found it very interesting. I do think diet is a powerful tool for MS.

I've recently started on the OMS diet & now I'm wondering how the two measure up. OMS is based on the Swank https://overcomingms.org/recovery-program/diet/
I've also come across some people singing the praises of keto, but as a non meat eater, it wouldn't suit me.
@A MyMSTeam Member - If it isn't on Netflix, then it is on Amazon Prime (that's all we have, no cable). Check out the website. He has a lot of stuff from the movie there. He doesn't look like he's had MS for 20 years, so there is definitely hope.
@A MyMSTeam Member - I do find that too much bread/pasta seems to have a negative impact on how I feel. Although after watching this documentary, I may try the dairy free/gluten free approach. Dairy free will be hard because I love cheese and it is my main source of protein. I think keeping a food diary and symptom diary is helpful. Makes it easier to see how food is impacting the symptoms. :-)
I havent seen this movie but really want to. Its not on Netflix and thats what I have. I'll figure it out! Heard good things on this documentary.
In your diet what do you find important that helps you. x
