I watched the movie/ documentary called "Living Proof" on Amazon prime video about MS..... totally recommend it. The director has MS and it's pretty amazing

I'll certainly look into that, I'm currently reading Facing the Cognitive Challenges of Multiple Sclerosis by Jeffrey N Gingold. really explains a lot to me.
