foot drag
dunno what i can do. go to gym but sprained my wrist there today, losing balance, falling over.
struggling to walk around. 😩

Luckily, The MS Gym isn't as strenuous as it sounds. He provides stretching/strengthening that you do at home.

I agree with @A MyMSTeam Member, Amypra has been very helpful for me.

Also, look into The MS Gym. Trevor works so hard with MS patients to help with drop foot ad balance.
