Good question. I found this "spray on" cover up for the roots area and I like it a lot, for the times im not going through a complete dye job. Its by Loreal and called Paris Magic Root cover up. Its literally like spray paint😂 Can last for days! But I think roots are a common problem with anyone-MS or not to be honest.

Try using color that is specifically for grey hair. Or, purchase a color based on recommendations from a beauty supply store.

My stylist used a different product this time around to fix that for me. The last product was more transparent on my gray - I think the texture of the hair makes a big difference as far as what will color.

But, I've been wondering if MS or the meds I'm on (Ocrevus) have any effect on hair, too. I've never dealt with dry/damaged hair. There are a few spots on my head where the hair is SO unhealthy. Even if I trim past split ends, the strands are still very brittle and unhealthy. Can't tell if it's blow-drying/flat ironing finally catching up with me, gray hair that is just too damaged, or the meds making it that way.
