Eating Healthy
So i'm on day 5 of this 30 day arbon challenge and i don't want to jump the gun here, BUT, my knee joint pain i usually have when walking is not there right now! I noticed it yesterday. I also see a significant change in my fatigue issue, don't feel as sluggish.....i don't know, stil early but kinda exciting!.... NOW ONWARD! 😁

I am eating better and I think that I am doing better too. Sometimes it's hard to tell, but my husband has noticed it too.
I would say it certainly is...I weigh and measure on Mondays so I'll keep ya posted on that as well....
@A MyMSTeam Member no wheat, dairy, or sugar......gluten free.... lean meat and plant based proteins. Veggies of all sorts, even sweet pot.... organic if not locally grown.... anything made from brown rice a go but no processed foods... i'm amazed at the selection

I know when I started eating the MITO way as suggested by my DR who also has MS and treats hers this way (http://centerforfunctionalmedicine.com/for-pati... if anyone is interested in the plan) it changed everything for me pretty quickly too. What we put into our bodies matters. Congratulations for finding your solution - or at the very least, a huge step in the right direction! And yeah, I've had trouble with the site too - won't accept anything name brand bc of their marketing guidelines. But we get what you mean! :-) XX
