You’re going to have times when you question if this is how your life is going to be from now on. Wait until you see your neurologist again because they have a lot of medication that can help you, so what you think is your new norm really isn’t. Also, try an MS Center or at least try a new neurologist if you don’t get the help you need from yours.

Just remember don't become the victim
Its the cards we where dealt.

In addition, it's not your fault. I went through a lot of "maybe this or that an I would not have gotten the disease." Focus on what you can do for health and be kind to yourself as you adjust.

@A MyMSTeam Member, Don't be afraid. The doctor's have your back. Read everything you can about the disease. Become your own expert. Signing on here is a good 1st step. WELCOME!
