Managing MS

I am pondering if we need to drop out of society. Eliminate the stress of work, driving on crowded roads, and the daily hustle and bustle of the modern world to manage or even regress this disease. I am wondering if living in a temperate climate, getting daily Vitamin D, living off the sea and land would temper or eradicate all symptoms.
