I am pondering if we need to drop out of society. Eliminate the stress of work, driving on crowded roads, and the daily hustle and bustle of the modern world to manage or even regress this disease. I am wondering if living in a temperate climate, getting daily Vitamin D, living off the sea and land would temper or eradicate all symptoms. I hear ya! I can definitely say that moving away from a lot of my existing stressors has helped tremendously - both with MS symptoms and just overall quality of life! XX

That sounds like a lovely life! I think stress in any form is not good for ms for sure. It’s hard to eliminate though!

its Impossible to go back in time unless you diet, In 1983 I weighed on the sacked 83 kilos, In 2019 , i weighed myself this morning on the scales and I weighed 89 kilos. For me that's the equivalent of going back in time ha ha ha
