Muscle Spasms
Any good ideas on getting rid of muscle spasms? I get really bad spasms in my lower back and hips im on baclofen but i still have break through spasms. Once tye spasms start i have to stsnf for a long time to make them hold on away

Is that a Rx or over the counter?
The baclofen never helped me much for spasms. I take mirapex now for restless leg.
