Steroids - Can't Take, CBD

A MyMSTeam Member asked a question 💭
Tiburon, CA

Hi all,
I have been having constant nerve pain in my feet for about two months. I am tired of feeling like I am walking in water and now it if going up into my calves. I finally went to neuro who put me on Steroids. Took them for one day and felt like I had a fever and woke up with a red burning rash on face. She said to stop. Now what? I thinking of trying CBD tincture (I have tried a couple of times but not sure if I am doing the right dose or strain.....).
Anyone have any thoughts?

Start with a small dose of the CBD, and increase the amount if you need to. I have read that the reason why CBD can help alleviate so many issues is that it works with the receptors that are already in our brains- therefore, you will have fewer side effects. Many of the drugs that doctors prescribe are not actually good for our bodies or our brains, which means (potentially) lots of horrible side effects.

I also want to know how much cbd are others taking? I am one month into a 30mg 2x a day of cbd oil tincture heavy on cbd and light on thc and other cannaboids.

I broke down and went to The Walking Store like the Good Feet Store and got fitted for arch supports. My feet, legs and hips feel better. You may try that.
