Thank you so much. I was thinking about starting a journal with all of my medical information in it. When my hands are tingly etc.
What I try to do is keep notes about things that happen. I was able to track when for example, my vertigo began and when it ended. I was able to see this happened from October to December-date specific! So I think doing this helps them figure things. Also, take any MRI results etc with you that may be from other Drs.
