I did Sunday Tuesday Thursday right before bed so it wouldnt bother me as much.

I used to take copaxone and when I did it was every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. What helped me was to set an alarm on my phone for a time I knew I'd be at home. I chose the time I would be arriving home from work. I kept a laminated picture of the injection sites along with a white board marker in the bag my medication was held.

I used the shared solutions app when I was on copaxone and loved it. Had all the reminders so once you put it in once you'd get a reminder to inject (and also it would remember which injection location to do), and a place to put notes as far as needle depth, painful reactions, etc. It was SUPER helpful. Also, if you haven't requested the free travel kit, it was really (!) nice and helpful when traveling. It's a semi-hard case to protect everything. I did my shots M, W, F mornings. I enjoyed not having to do them on weekends as a reward! XX

I am also on copaxone and have not had any side effects. I also have a reminder on my fridge to remember to, shank, 3 times a week. I have the monthly calendar to remind me when and where I gave myself the injection. Have you received a monthly calendar from copaxone? It helps a lot.
