My arms have gone numb and this strange burning feeling has been in them. It's so intense and nothing, not even a pain pill, can help the pain it caused. My legs are always achy and I get muscle cramps often.

No, generally speaking those with frontal lobe lesions have more cognitive problems and those with cerebellum lesions have more motor problems.
It's more about where your brain lesions are.

I have pretty steady tingling in hands and fingers. Neuro says thats from lesions on my cervical spine.

Also, the burning feeling that pain meds don't touch is neuropathic pain. Neurontin (gabapentin) is another "standard" MS med for that type of pain. Speak to your neuro.

The "spine check" you had was for MS lesions? If so, have an orthopedic spine specialist look at the MRI and consult with her re pinched nerve, etc. They may send you for x-rays.

Have you spoken to an orthopedic specialist? You could very well have a pinched nerve in your spine, compression of a disc, etc. that has nothing to do with MS.
