I will be watching it this weekend, but love MS.Hope websites by Matt Embry & plan to implement his diet, supplements, and exercise as nothing else has worked even though I eat healthy and I’ve been doing yoga for several years. What do you all think of the documentary?

Ive seen it a few times, and the biggest part that resonated with me is the comments from Dr. George Ebers, regarding the DMTs. I stopped taking the Copaxone, and Ive been tapering off of my meds and implementing the supplements and diet, but now Im at an impass. My neuropathic pain is unmanageable right now, and my ms is progressing, so Im second guessing myself. My family doctor thought it was worth a try, but I never did discuss it with my neurologist. Ive decided that Im still going to need a few of the meds, and the Copaxone, and need to speak with my neurologist about this. But Im also going to stick with the supplements and diet...cant hurt. Im sure shes probably heard of, if not seen, this documentary. Matt Embry lives close to where I live, so this documentary is well known around here. He also has a web site ‘MSHope’, if you are interested. Ithink hes got some valid ideas, but I wonder just how many symptoms he may have experienced, and what he’s done to manage them? Perhaps he has a mild form of ms? Im not saying that what hes doing is wrong...excercise, a healthy diet, and supplements are certainly a good choice for ms management.

I guess I’ve never heard of it, how did you? I would love to hear anything by anybody who may have made a difference, no matter how little. Every little bit helps, or that’s what I have found out. Please share...🙂

Well, instead of watching continuously, you can watch, When I walk. Not as good, but still something to put on your list.
